We cannot thank you and the team enough for the professional and safe approaches that you have all taken to ensure the safety of our children. Thomas has loved being back and while I might have been nervous for him to return to nursery in the beginning, I’ve not once felt that safety has been forgotten. As a mum I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, the staff are so welcoming in the morning and when I collect my son they give me detailed feedback. when I visited other nursery’s in the area I didn’t quite get the feeling that every parent gets until I walked into Playtime Shepperton!! The manager and all the staff are so attentive to my son’s needs and his key worker always reassures me of his development and how happy he is during the day. The food always looks and smell’s nice and I like that the menu changes each week. I feel so comfortable going to work knowing that my boy is safe and happy, thanks to the manager and the staff for looking after and helping my boy grow!!

Playtime Nursery Shepperton has gone beyond my expectations. The staff are key to that, always giving feedback on how the day has been and any developments. My little one shows me something new she’s picked up every day and I cannot thank the staff enough for this. It’s very daunting to send her off for the first few weeks but Playtime really made this transition very comfortable for her and us and we have a child that can’t wait to get to nursery. Menus are very vast and delicious! The little one gets to explore all types of foods with nutrients in mind. The premises are by far the best I have seen and the activities they have really engage the child. Highly recommended Playtime Nursery Shepperton

My son has been in full time nursery since he was a year old. We had to move nursery’s and joined Playtime in Shepperton in November. I can honestly say, he absolutely loves it. We were worried about moving him as he’s nearly four years old, but our worries were unfounded. He spontaneously told us that he loves his new nursery which is a huge recommendation. He comes home telling us about all the different activities he has been doing. He absolutely loves playing in the mud garden, his clothes are a testimony to this. The staff are welcoming and I couldn’t ask for anything more. 10/10. I just wish I’d moved him sooner.

The first time I walked into Playtime I knew this was the correct setting for my daughter, the manager was so welcoming, and greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, I knew from then my daughter will be very happy at PlayTime. My daughter has received a lot of love and care from the staff. We’ve been with them since February 2019 and are not able to fault them at all. They show dedication, understanding and complete professionalism, this allows the child to develop to there potential. They create a lovely, fun and warm environment for the children and they are true ‘kids’ lovers! She has a clear affection for the staff and has bonded with her key worker. All the team know her well, her likes and dislikes, what she’s learning and how she’s developing, and they talk about her with genuine affection. I like that there are activities which are based around education, since my daughter has been at Playtime she has developed tremendously. I can recommend Playtime to any parent.

Our journey as a family has not been an easy one with finding out that our Son was profoundly deaf whilst he was just 6 months in attendance. To say the nursery have been supportive is an understatement as they have very much been on this journey with us. They have gone above a beyond to listen to expert advice and put into place everything they are able to support our son’s development. My son’s Key worker keeps us informed of his days with them, what they have been up to and truly cares about him. She has even gone as far as to attend British Sign Language courses in her own time. I truly feel that the environment that the manager and her team breed at Playtime Nursery Shepperton is one that is safe, fun, caring and inclusive.

Very talented and caring staff. My son really loved this nursery. My daughter has been in the nursery since the Baby Room. It has been an incredible journey. Now she is in the pre-school and every day she is excited to go to the nursery. She loves the staff, her key worker, the other kids, the setting (especially the garden). She really enjoys all the activities organised through the week/day. She enjoys and has fun while learning. The staff encourage and support multilingual families making the kids feel proud they can speak more than one language. Now the staff are also getting her ready to go to school this September. The staff have always been amazing, very approachable, flexible and caring.
