Beech Green is a purpose-built nursery and offers a superb indoor environment. It is filled with top quality equipment, the majority of which is beech wood, which combined with the gentle, neutral colour palette gives our indoor space a brilliantly natural feeling. There is so much to do in each age-specific room, with activities ensuring a great balance of learning, exploration, creativity, play, and fun.

Spacious outdoor area

Our Aylesbury Nursery has a large outdoor space for the children to run and play feely as well as enjoy our open wooden cabin where outdoor education takes place as well as tea parties!

Individualised approach for every child

Our philosophy is built around our passion for each child to experience a caring, individualised approach to learning and development. We engage each child with personalised activities, planned around their own interest to promote achievement tailored to their needs and stage of learning. Our spaces both inside and outside are set up to stimulate curiosity in each child. Invitations and provocations for learning are presented around the setting, designed to attract and intrigue the child into exploring and find out about the world around them. Our skilled practitioners incorporate opportunities to develop and learn in all areas, taking a child’s enjoyment of baking, for example, and incorporating opportunities to write and use numbers.

We want each child to feel excited and interested by the space in which they grow and develop, which is assisted by introducing home from home objects, loose parts and real-life items really helps us to understand the child and appreciate their own style of exploration.

Key-person relationships a foundation of nursery life

A robust key person approach for each child, builds loving and meaningful bonds between each child and their carer. We value each child, and their self-esteem and welfare is prioritised. Their comfort and security are aided by our setting. Calm, natural areas and patient and attentive adults, motivate each child to engage in their surroundings with confidence.
